3pattgold Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing the 3pattgold website or any 3pattgold service, you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation. Acceptance happens at the point of account registration — when you tick the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" checkbox during sign-up, you are entering into a binding agreement with 3pattgold.

These Terms apply to all use of the 3pattgold platform — whether you are browsing as a guest, playing any game, placing a sports bet, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal. If 3pattgold updates these Terms, continued use of the platform after the update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a 3pattgold account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person — companies, trusts and other legal entities cannot hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 3pattgold platform or have a currently active self-exclusion in place.
• You must be accessing 3pattgold for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.

3pattgold reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age and identity when requested, 3pattgold may suspend the account and withhold any withdrawal pending verification. Where an account is found to belong to a person under 18, the account will be closed, winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned after investigation.

Each player may hold only one account on 3pattgold. Opening more than one account — regardless of the reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts detected by 3pattgold will be closed and any balances, bonuses or pending winnings will be forfeited.

When registering with 3pattgold you are required to provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on official Pakistani identity documents.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and have access to.
• Your actual date of birth.
• A secure, unique password for your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 3pattgold will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account using your login details is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to support and can demonstrate that your account was compromised without your involvement.

3pattgold reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where the provided information cannot be verified, or where the applicant is connected to a previously suspended account.

All transactions on the 3pattgold platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3pattgold currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits are credited to your 3pattgold balance as follows:

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: instantly upon confirmation of the transfer.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: within 2–4 business hours during Pakistan banking hours (Sunday–Thursday, approximately 9am–5pm PKT). A payment screenshot must be submitted to support if the balance has not updated within this window.
• Visa/Mastercard: instantly upon card authorisation and OTP confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to accounts registered in your own name only. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. 3pattgold charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; however, your bank or wallet provider may levy their own transaction fees for which 3pattgold accepts no responsibility.

A one-time identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a security measure to protect your funds and prevent unauthorised withdrawals. 3pattgold may request additional verification at any time for transactions that trigger risk management review.

3pattgold offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply.

General bonus rules at 3pattgold:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each bonus offer.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• 3pattgold reserves the right to retract a bonus at any time if evidence of bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (bonus hedging).
• Players may forfeit an active bonus through their account settings at any time. Forfeiting a bonus also forfeits any winnings generated from that bonus balance.

Players who deposited without claiming a bonus have no wagering requirement on their own deposited funds. Those funds are withdrawable at any time subject to standard withdrawal limits and verification requirements.

All bets placed on the 3pattgold sportsbook and all games played on the 3pattgold platform are subject to the specific rules of each game and betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the platform.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 3pattgold:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 3pattgold system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where the cash-out feature is available and the player exercises it before the event concludes.
• If a sports event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, the settlement rules specific to that bet type apply. Match winner bets on events without a result are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific rules are detailed in the sportsbook rules section.
• In the event of a technical error, software fault or human error that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, 3pattgold reserves the right to void the affected bets and settle based on the correct information once it is established.
• All card game outcomes on 3pattgold are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player.
• 3pattgold reserves the right to void a bet if it is identified as having been placed on a clearly erroneous price — one that was materially different from the fair market price due to a system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all markets. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface at the time of placing a bet.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3pattgold platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or using more than one 3pattgold account under any name, mobile number or payment account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge, or allowing another person to access and use your 3pattgold account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in card games or casino games to gain an unfair advantage — for example, sharing card information in a Teen Patti table.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or the betting platform, rather than reporting them to 3pattgold support.
• Conducting transactions that appear to constitute money laundering — for example depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity.
• Making chargebacks on deposits through your payment provider while retaining a positive balance on 3pattgold, or reversing a payment after using the deposited funds.
• Using the platform to facilitate or assist in any criminal activity.

3pattgold actively monitors for all of the above using a combination of automated systems and manual review. Players are encouraged to report suspicious behaviour from other players — such as suspected collusion in card games — to the support team.

3pattgold reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspicious activity that triggers fraud prevention, money laundering or terms abuse protocols.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Discovery that the account belongs to a minor.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome. If the investigation finds no fault on the part of the player, any held funds will be released promptly. If a breach is confirmed, 3pattgold may forfeit the balance in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is completed, provided no outstanding compliance issues exist.

All content on the 3pattgold platform — including the website design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text content, software and all other materials — is the property of 3pattgold or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3pattgold platform for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing any content from the 3pattgold platform without prior written permission.
• Modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering any software or game on the platform.
• Using the 3pattgold brand, logo or name in any external communication, website or social media without written authorisation.
• Framing or using any 3pattgold content on a third-party website or application.

3pattgold provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party payment processing outages and factors outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 3pattgold's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in their 3pattgold account at the time the liability arises. 3pattgold accepts no liability for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault or connectivity failure on the player's device or internet connection.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or any bank.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3pattgold collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

In summary, 3pattgold collects personal information to operate your account, process transactions, comply with security and verification requirements, and improve the platform experience. 3pattgold does not sell player data to third parties. Payment processing data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors and 3pattgold does not store card numbers or CVV codes on its own systems.

3pattgold is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all account holders at any time without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss amount per day, week or month. Once reached, further bets are declined until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from 3pattgold. A temporary exclusion can last from 24 hours to 6 months. A permanent exclusion closes your account and prevents re-registration.

Continuing to use the 3pattgold platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.
